1. Data Storage & Local Processing
All data generated or entered in Kai Notch (including Philippine Peso ₱ multi-bank balances for GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, custom cards, notes, reminders, and timers) is stored exclusively on your local computer storage inside an encrypted local database. We operate zero cloud servers for storing user content.
2. Financial Information & Bank Accounts
Kai Notch does NOT connect to your real bank API or read banking credentials. All account balances and logs are manual or locally inputted ledger records. We will never ask for your banking passwords, MPINs, card numbers, or CVVs.
3. Hardware & Camera Permissions
The Camera Peek widget uses native Windows DirectShow / MediaCapture APIs to provide a local, real-time mirror preview for quick grooming before video calls. No images, video streams, or snapshots are ever recorded, saved to disk, or transmitted over the internet.
4. Third-Party Integrations (Spotify)
When you use the Spotify widget, Kai Notch communicates with the local Spotify Desktop client through Windows local media session APIs or the official Spotify Web API using OAuth authentication tokens stored securely in Windows Credential Manager.
5. Telemetry & Analytics
Kai Notch does not contain analytics tracking, third-party advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or diagnostic beacons. What you do on your PC remains entirely yours.
